So it is quite often argued and misunderstood with this art of problem-solving. Problem-solving is an art which according to me is performed by all the professionals in different industries.

Talking about Entrepreneurs, they do solve the problems faced by the people of the society directly whereas Engineers also do solve problems faced by people but indirectly. I will defiantly clarify the above-said statement as follows.

Entrepreneurs do solve problems people do face in their daily life, for example there was no food delivery platform there in the market, there Deepider goyal created Zomato and taking another example of Paytm, there wasn’t any platform which would help people to pay for their daily expenses through an application, so here comes Paytm created by Vijay Shankar Sharma. In both the above taken examples there is a problem that was solved by the entrepreneur. But if we get in deep of this case studies we would find number of further problems solved by different professionals. For example the technology or the algorithm in both the above startups is created by the team of very talented engineers and thus all the problems and challenges faced in that process is solved by the Engineers. And not just the Engineers but also while entrepreneurs trying to solve some problem results in involvement of a hell a lot of professionals from different Industries/background.

Entrepreneurs do solve the problems but the ones they solve are of masses which further will include hundreds of problems which will be later or sooner solved by an expert of that specific domain.

So a question which often arises is what do entrepreneurs and engineers do different in and why do many entrepreneurs earn more than far many engineers and many such things are often there we listen to.

So coming to the above said according to me the difference between entrepreneurs and engineers does come in their work and difference in pay scale comes incapability to think out of the box, risk-taking capacities, doing things others think it is stupid to do. Entrepreneurship is not just about coming out with an idea and making company around it but it does include years of struggle, anxiety, depression in some cases and there is no job security in a business. Some day you playing in millions and in some, you are in losses. Talking about engineers many of them are into secure jobs which stops one to think out of the box and here the difference comes.

It is never that people of particular professions are more successful or lives a good life. It is always about dedication, hard work, persistence, doing things many won’t dare to do. These skills create all the difference. Almost every successful person has a past of struggle. If you good at anything do it with passion and figure out a way to make it your profession.
